IfeMichelle Gardin

IfeMichelle Gardin is the Founder and Executive Director of Kulturally LIT, a cultural organization committed to uplifting Black literary arts and creative expression. A passionate cultural curator, writer, and storyteller, she brings decades of experience in arts leadership, community engagement, and program development.

IfeMichelle currently serves on the New Haven Cultural Affairs Commission and the Board of Directors for Collective Consciousness Theatre, where she continues to advocate for equity in the arts and cultural representation. She is also a Leadership Group Facilitator and Program Trainer with the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven and a Group Facilitator with the Artists Corps, a program of the Arts Council of Greater New Haven.

With a deep belief in the transformative power of culture, IfeMichelle is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in her community and expanding cultural awareness throughout the region.
